1. The Robin / Dinner Conversations is a registered trademark of Natasha Slater SRL and represents a club for members of a global community, designed to bring together people of various cultures and with different views and to promote various types of events (by examples of, dinners, meetings, aperitifs , talks), with the aim of creating unique experiences;
2. Membership in the Club requires adherence to the standards of conduct shared by the club, accepted by members, to safeguard the use and enjoyment of the The Robin / Dinner Conversations formats;
3. In particular, each member is aware of the fact that, during the events and experiences proposed, personal rather than professional relationships are stimulated;
The purpose of the Club is, therefore, to encourage personal relationships, in an informal atmosphere, without wanting to advertise one's professional activity, through the spaces and events offered by the Club;
2. Application for membership
1. By completing and sending the membership application via the website www.therobin.club, the user agrees to be bound by these conditions, undertaking to fully comply with its key principles and to respect the opinions of other members with whom he/she may have to deal during meetings. proposed events;
2. The new member's candidacy will be evaluated by an approval committee made up of the Club's management;
To be part of the Club, the member must conform to its fundamental values such as equality, inclusion, sharing human values, positive feelings, open-mindedness, respect for others and their opinions.
3. Registration and renewal
1. The Club subscription can be made in a single solution, or in two installments to be agreed directly with the team at the time of registration to the Club;
2. The subscription to the Club has an annual duration and is automatically renewed for the same period, unless the member has the right to cancel, to be communicated at least 30 days before the expiry, to the email address hello@therobin.club;
3. A cancellation sent via other channels (such as, but not limited to, whatsapp, text message, oral communication) or via other e-mail addresses other than hello@therobin.club or membership@therobin.club will therefore not be considered valid;
4. In the event of cancellation during the validity of the membership, by will of the individual member, the Club is not required to refund the remaining subscription fee;
5. It is understood that, at the time of renewal, The Robin / Dinner Conversations reserves the right to evaluate the behavior adopted during the previous year and, possibly, not to approve the renewal of the membership.
4. Failure to pay
1. In the event of failure to timely pay the registration fee, or the subsequent installment, The Robin / Dinner Conversations will send a reminder communication via e-mail;
2. Furthermore, if even following the above reminder, the member persists in his non-compliance, the position will be automatically transmitted to the Club's legal office, with any additional burden borne exclusively by the non-compliant member.
5. Maintenance of Membership
1. For the purposes of maintaining membership, the member must be up to date with payments and must be an active participant in the community and/or making a concrete contribution to the community itself through ideas, projects, presentation of new members;
2. Each member is also aware that being part of this community represents an opportunity for growth for them, so much so that they will have to be responsible for their own behavior and conversations even outside the Club, always protecting other members and the entire community;
3. The member is therefore aware that the strict rules of the Club, respect for its values and this Policy are for the protection of the Club itself and all its members.
6. Approval and exclusion
1. The The Robin / Dinner Conversations team reserves the right to observe and evaluate the behaviour adopted by its members during each event, with the possible consequence of excluding anyone who does not comply with what is indicated in this Policy and with its principles;
2. In the event of particularly serious facts and behaviors, the Club team will have the right to exclude the member and/or members whose attitudes and behaviors do not comply with the Policy or normal standards of education and respect;
3. The exclusion will be preceded by some warnings, including oral ones, by the team and will take effect immediately, after receiving a specific communication;
4. Following exclusion, the The Robin / Dinner Conversation team will refund the member the remaining amount relating to the current subscription; After this fulfillment, each party will no longer have anything to claim from the other.
5. The member who leaves the Club will no longer have the right to re-enter, however remaining obliged to pay the balance of the membership fee for the entire period of actual stay;
6. In any case, in the event of any problem, each member can write at any time to the email address membership@dtherobin.club;
7. Your personal information
1. All personal information provided by the user at the time of registration will be used in accordance with the The Robin / Dinner Conversations Privacy Policy and in full compliance with current legislation on the matter.
8.Participation in events
1. To access the organized experiences/events, all members must log in to the The Robin / Dinner Conversations website through the members area;
2. Registration and/or cancellation for any experience must be carried out a maximum of 48 hours before the scheduled experience, by sending an email to hello@therobin.club);
3. In case of cancellation within the aforementioned deadlines, for serious and proven reasons, you will be entitled to a refund of the cost of the experience, or, alternatively, to have it credited to your Club wallet;
4. Some of the Club's events are defined as "partners" because they are sponsored by other companies and participation in such events, which cannot be booked through the personal area of the website, will be at the exclusive discretion of the Club management;
5. Members will have the right to bring a guest, when this possibility is foreseen and indicated at the time of registration for the individual event; In the event that a member brings their own guest, they must ensure that they comply with the Club's values and policy, avoiding inappropriate behavior and/or attitudes;
6. The Robin / Dinner Conversations is exempt from any type of responsibility relating to any unforeseeable and uncontrollable events that may occur during the events;
7. It is the responsibility of each member to declare any ailments and/or pathologies at the time of registration for each individual experience, also indicating any problems of their guest;
9. Photographs and social networks
1. Members are aware that The Robin / Dinner Conversation, during its events, will take photographs and videos which will then be shared on its social channels;
2. By joining the Club, the member automatically authorizes The Robin / Dinner Conversation team to publish and disseminate their image;
3. However, in the event that the member were to make this decision at a later time or simply did not want to be filmed (nor, therefore, have their image captured) during a specific event, they must always specify this in writing to the email address membership@therobin.club;
4. Without prejudice to the foregoing, The Robin / Dinner Conversation will in no way be held responsible for the sharing of videos and/or photographs of a member who has not expressly requested not to be filmed and, therefore, shared on social channels;
5. In any case, The Robin / Dinner Conversation cannot be held responsible for the behaviour of third parties for any improper use of authorized and shared images.
10.Changes to this Policy
1. The Robin / Dinner Conversations reserves the right to modify or update this Policy and the membership conditions; Should this occur, the modified conditions will be published on the page www.therobin.club/policy and will take effect from the date of publication;
2. In the event of a change, members will be notified, it being understood that use of the site constitutes acceptance of such changes.
11. Non-competition agreement
1. Each member must refrain, without fail, for the entire duration of the membership and up to 5 years from the last renewal, from creating and promoting, even among the members of the Club themselves, a new for-profit activity, which proposes a format and events similar to those of The Robin / Dinner Conversations;
2. In case of failure to fulfill the obligation referred to in the previous article 11.1, the defaulting party will be required to pay, in favour of the Club, the sum of €10,000 as a penalty.
12. Jurisdiction
1. In the event of disputes relating to the interpretation or execution of this contract, the laws of England and Wales will apply or, in the event that national law requires it, the court of residence of the individual member will be competent;
